A Guide to Historic Meads

A guide to historic Meads is a  publication produced by the Meads Community Association inspired by the original popular "Walk around Meads Village".  It has been written by trained tour guide and Meads resident Kim Adams, who has been leading walks around Meads and other parts of Eastbourne since 2015.  The photographs have been taken by fellow resident Richard Drinkall.

It is a 40 page full colour booklet featuring 30 sites in Meads including the Crow's Nest and the Western Parades, Bede's Prep School, the Hydro Hotel, All Saints Chapel and the Pilot Inn.

The booklet doubles up as a walking guide that can just as easily be enjoyed in the comfort of your armchair.

A guide to historic Meads is £5 per copy plus £2.50 postage and packing for up to two copies.
